First Camping Trip!!!

Well we had our first family camping trip this weekend it was a great experience. Cayden, Patrick and I shared a tent with my aunt and uncle. We actually camped without a blow up mattress. We just had a sleeping bag and a couple blankets.
We camped in La Pine with the whole family from Cayden's great grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. It was really fun we got to dance and sing karoke. We had wonderful dinners and breakfasts. Thanks to Great grandpa Tycksen.
Cayden was very curious of everything the trees, animals and bugs. He hated being bundled up in either his clothes or his blankets at night during the day he was ok it didn't get to hot about 80 to 85 but boy did it get really cold at night.
Well I go in for another interview tomorrow so I better get going. Talk to everyone soon and God Bless.

A milestone!!!

Well yesterday Cayden rolled from his tummy to his back. He still hasn't got the hang of getting from his back to his tummy he figured it out backwards I guess. We had our appointment with Donna from healthy start and Cayden weighs 13 lbs. 6 oz. and is 24 3/4 inches long he has grown so much since his last doctors appointment. He is now doing high pitched squeals now along with his coos and ga-ga's. He is sleeping less and less during the day now and just recently been having a hard time sleeping at night. Cayden woke up at 3:30 am and every hour after that last night I'm hoping that that was just last night we will see. Right now Cayden and I are trying to nurse with out the nipple sheild we are currently only using it when Cayden is tired he just isn't quite used to it yet so we will continue to keep you posted.
I'm going to have to go back to work I want to try and hold off until the first of August but we will have to see. Well I have to go to the interview for the job so I will talk to everyone soon.

Long time no blog

Well as everyone can see it has been a while since I've updated Cayden's blog. Since we talked last our air conditioning has been fixed. It was really hard to get Cayden used to the heat he did ok. He would wake up every hour or so nurse for 2 to 3 minutes and go back to sleep it was hard on both of us. He is more used to the heat now because I take him out on walks during the day so if we have problems with the air again he will be able to deal better.
Cayden is growing rather well now even just nursing. He now weighs 12 lbs. 8 oz. He is getting so big he almost has the rolling over thing down but his arm always puts up a fight. He is also taking turns talking with an occasional interuption. He is now fighting sleep all the time it's funny because he gets so frustrated when his eyes get heavy he swings his arms and legs and crys we just give him a few minutes and he falls asleep.
Right now Patrick and I are introducing toys to him. They go right to his mouth that's ok make for good hand eye cordination. He likes toys that light up and play music which we have a lot of so that's good.
Well once again I'm leaving to feed Cayden I'll try and keep everyone updated as much as possible hopefully update you guys soon.
